Most all misdemeanor warrants are only enforced in the state where issued. Some, like a warrant for driving with a suspended license for example, will only be enforced with in the county issued!
The state or law enforcement agency issuing the warrant is not going to pony up the expense to extradite a person on a misdemeanor charge three states away.
