how i can find sponsor that want to sponsor me to the usa?

there are so much sites dedicated in visa assisting/applying but i never see site about sponsorship at all.
i just want to get h2b sponsor that want to sponsor me to the usa

about green card i always try it, but never win!
so, how i can find employer that willing to sponsor me through the net

Sam first of all what job/qualifications do you have vs. "all the other" Americans. If it's health related then you have a good chance of being sponsored in the U.S. Step 1 is to go to a job placement agency. They will hand you the requirements and possibly give you a job if you qualify.

this would be very difficult to get from any American you do not know personally for many reasons.

The person must know you as well as they are completely liable by law for you if you do not return or if you have a medical or financial emergency.
The state could go after this person for money if you needed emergency treatment at a hospital or applied for food assistance here.

The person must also show there bank statement to the American government showing they have a very good salary and savings. Poor people cannot sponsor you

I think the best bet is to find a sponsor either willing to give a job or a lady wants to marry you. You should try to find some like the above-described as your sponsor to help you to get into the US.
