My wisdom tooth is growing in wrong. Ive aleady been to the dentist who is going to refer me to an oral surgeon, but that hasn't happened yet. Probably going to happen on Tuesday. In the mean time. Ive been taking tylenol, advl and aleve for the pain. Its been pretty much working until tonight. I took a 500 mg tylenol about 3 hours ago and 1 hour ago my mouth just started throbbing with pain. The gum surrounding the tooth is swollen and my mouh feels like its about to shut down. Its getting harder and harder to open it. My job calls for me to talk on the phone a lot. What can I do for now?

There are tooth/gum numbing gels and sprays usually available at a pharmacy. Go ask the pharmacist.
Call your dentist's office Monday. If the dentist's office is closed, there should be an answering service. Ask them for help. They may be able to call your dentist and get a prescription for pain killers.
In the meantime, try applying an ice pack to the outside of your jaw to cool things off. It helps with pain and inflammation, at least temporarily. Put a cloth between you and the ice pack (make it from Ziploc baggie with ice and water) so you don't freezer-burn your face.
Take care.

You can go and purchase some Aloe Vera Juice at a health
food store and that is a healer. I do not know if it will immediately take the pain away, however you can rub it around your tooth as well as drink some. It is a wonderful healer.
