If you immigrated due to your employer, you are allowed some deductions on expenses over whatever the employer paid, but you need to check with an accountant as to what is allowable.

No there is no tax rebate for immigration expenses. Those are a cost of being allowed to come to the US.

Immigration expenses are not permitted as a deduction or a credit.
