look man, just stick to the diet and exercise. take it from someone who has spent thousands of dollars on the weight loss pills. i have had the same results with and without the pills. the pills will not make as big as an impact as you would like and you will realize you wasted your money. notice that all the commercials reccomend diet and exercise with these pills. why is that? i would recommend maybe an appetite supressor and some multi-vitamins. those aren't too expensive. the people at GNC are really helpful in these matters. no i don't work there. good luck

There is a new FDA approved weight loss supplement out called Alli. It's OTC so you can get it at most pharmacies.

To use it, though, you are supposed to follow a healthy diet. The drug is known to cause some anal leakage when you're taking it. It is a less intense version of a drug that is given to obese people to help them lose weight by prescription.

I guess it's pretty safe since the FDA approved it, but the whole anal leakage thing---- I suppose it doesn't happen to everyone.

Have you tried Xenical? I took it when my doctor recommended it a couple of years back when it was precription only. Now it is OTC because it is safe enough but the pharmacist still needs to ask a few questions to follow a guideline.
No kidding, it will help you if you are ready to help yourself along the way. I lost 15kgs (approx 33lbs, I think) in 6 weeks. It was wonderful.
