It just is a feeling when something big happens. Just slow down a bit and start thinking. Write things down if you have to. Alot of thoughts and ideas while having a confused, nervous, or scared feeling can lead to that. Relax whenever you can.

Life, simply, doesn't unfold just the way you planned.---However, that's the real beauty of life. Choices come to you from directions you never even thought about.
I went through college planning to become a Supreme court Justice some day. But soon after leaving college I went through a divorce because I had cheated on my wife, and I went to apply for a job as a supervisor in a factory that made T.V. tubes. They liked my voice, and sent me to interview as a radio announcer at a radio station that the company owned.
I became a Radio Announcer, and I loved the job.
However , a few more opportunities opened up and eventually I ended up owning my own chemical business.
It all ended up far away from my original plans, but looking back; I wouldn't change a damn thing, even if I had the power to do so.
I retired 23 years ago at the age of 50.
Thank God I didn't end up as that boring-a ss Judge that I planned to be.

I can't really tell you what you should do; I can just tell you that you are not alone. I graduated from college 4 years ago and have been woking since. I hated my job so much that I quit and went back to school for something completely different (started last week). Bottom line is that school won't teach you what you need, want, or feel is important in life. Go do some living and then decide if more school is right for you.

Hi yes it is normal for you to be depressed because this is a choice your gonna have live with for the rest of your life....I suffer from depression and I to didnt know what to do when I got out of school...I just thought about what I was intersting in and that came to be movies and acting..Now im pursuing a acting career and im very much happy with it....I would suggest you find all the things your interested in put them all together and find a carerr you can make out of it and do some researc onthat job and see how long you have to go to school for or what you have to do ..It will take you time all you have to do is think and eventually it will come to you...Most colleges have these surveys you can do and you fill out your interest and stuff and they give you a list of careers where you would fit n and would like to do..
