No, because He knew the heartache and pain it will cause if we do have premarital sex. Marriage is a beautiful thing and He wants to keep it sacred and holy.

Well in the beggining everyhting was perfect so if it remained that way we would just see that we werent supposed to do it and not do it....but no...adam and eve messed everyhting up and so now yes of course it tempts people..its a test...pretty much everyone fails.

No, I think it is so all the babies were "claimed" by someone. (You did it, you have to take care of it). Plus, leaving property to the kids made you feel better if you knew it was YOUR kid. (I guess....)
