If you and a girl friend were at a concert, and a guy started dancing with her and you wanted to get away - how would you go about doing it? Would you try to avoid the guy completely, or would you let him know you don't approve and move away?

Two girls - One guy (me). Floor is packed, and the one girl is right in front of me facing away, the other girl is facing towards me on the other side of the first girl.

The girl farthest away taps me on the chest to get my attention and then both of the girls move away. some other guys follow them - but it looked like they were trying to avoid them. Just trying to get a clear idea of whether I screwed up by staying put, or whether thats what they wanted me to do all along - so I ask why you would do in the same situation.

I would tell him to get away IF he was very insistent but if he wasn't do insistent then i would just avoid him.

But isn't the whole point whether your girlfriend was enjoying dancing with the guy? If not, move away. If so, I'd say you're stuck there. (Assuming she's not "your girl".)

if a guy is dancing with her then what does it matter to me? if she doesn't like it and i get the look from her i will just act like i need her for something like a bar run or bathroom run so i would ask to steal her away for a min then we would just go somewhere else..?

I'm a little confused here with your question. Are there two girls here...or a guy and a girl out on a date?

If he's dancing with my friend it is her business.
If she likes him and is enjoying herself I would just move away and find the cutest guy to dance with.

Why is she dancing with someone else? I wouldn't move away, I'd move on.

Could you rephrase that? It's hard to understand.

EDIT: No offense, but you were probably just in their way, Hon. I don't think they were looking for you to follow or protect them.

I don't think there's anything wrong with dancing, as long as if you both have that mutal understanding.
