Yes, he could. The question would be "Where did I come from if I was never created?"

God doesn't need to ask questions because He already knows everything. There is nothing for Him to ponder-- He is the source and essence of all knowledge.
On a side note, you're not exactly original in asking this question. The Bible says that the wise of the world will be made foolish and the fools will be made wise. Basically, earthly logic and philosophy may seem brilliant to us, but we are incapable of truly comprehending God so questions like these are pretty much worthless.

I got a better one for you: what about if he made an answer so difficult that even he couldn't figure out what the question was?

This question is testing god's omniscience.
A derivative question testing his omnipotence would be:
"can god create a stone so heavy he could not lift it?"
I believe that Jesus people can answer both questions correctly.
God in spirit form can create a question that he could not answer in the human form of Jesus because Jesus was not given full omniscience.
Likewise, God in spirit form creates planet which Jesus could not move while in his mortal human body.
Thus, by changing states, god can do anything or virtually nothing. Have I solved your conundrum?

This is type of old logical question which Bernard Shaw asked in his Pygmalion at the start of 20th century. Why arent u ready to leave these in the start of 21st century. Just common question !!!

no. that would enter the realm of the absolutely impossible. the rules'd need to be changed, and you know how God loves rules. rules such as "man can communicate with God" and "God watches over His people" would need to be eliminated just for the question to be "what is that guy thinking?".

God can do anything He wants to,but wouldn't His result be the same if didn't create the question. Why would He bother?

Yes, and I believe I've found it: "How did it all begin?"
I wonder if God even knows the answer to this. I believe in some form of creation but how it all began I can't wrap my mind around.
Codename has a similar question.

In "Truth" this question can be answered.
But what is the point in answering, it would serve no purpose!
(That is the answer!)
