When this technology becomes a standard for information distribution (like cellphones of today for mobile communications) one of the main risks is noise (non-information like advertisements and other exploitives). The main reason the internet is so saturated with noise is because it is dynamic, but so is information. So, how can the restrictions (to prevent noise from developing), without hampering information growth and distribution, be implimented?

Consumer boycott. If you disapprove of an ad, don't click on it. Instead, mention your disapproval in your blog, in whatever forums you frequent, and be very specific about your standards. Sooner or later, the advertisers will realize that they must make their ads tasteful and not deceptive, at least in the places where decent people go. They can make them as obnoxious as they want on porno sites.

The "noise" is inherent, due to the required financial backing. Find some other means of funding continued operations to eliminate the need for the noise.
