Crunches. One of the trainers at my gym told me to do 100 crunches a day. I'm seeing results too! I vary the cycle everyday, one day regular crunches, one day side crunches, then reverse crunches, then bycicle crunches, then back to regular crunches. It's taken a while but as I'm dropping weight, I'm seeing results!

this is a stressful one because of the fact each and all the above are super,and that i like their song yet i could could desire to circulate with Mary J,Marys the Queen of RnB,she has her very own sort,and that i dont think of she would be stopped suited now. Theres a pair close runnerups tho...Angie Stone and Jill Scott,working example,yet they nevertheless dont precise Mary! ;)
