I eat it ALL the time, Ive probley had 3 this week, I know the Qustion sounds obsessive, but I recently lost a lot of wieght, and am trying to be carfull. I seem to mostly eat the watermelon at NIGHT, I know im not suppose to eat anything at night, but all it really seems to do is make me go to the bathroom a lot, I just want to make sure, Im trying to subsitute good food from bad

Hon, watermelon is a fruit that is 90% water, so no it is not fattening, but all calories count against total calories in a day. If you need to eat something in the evening than that is a good food to eat at night! I have lost half my body weight in the past year. I went from 330 to 160 right now, so I really understand what your mindset is. Good luck keeping it off, that is the hardest to do.

Watermelon is a wonderful substitute for any other chips or candy you would otherwise eat. If that is what your sweet tooth craves, by all means eat it. You will not gain weight from it. While you can go ahead and indulge in fruits, do NOT indulge in fruit juice, there is a big difference and fruit juice has tons of calories and sugars (the non-fruit kind of sugar!) here is a breakdown of watermelon:

Watermelon is very good for you on the terms that it's loaded with water, and it's a fruit. The bad side is, it's also loaded with natural sugars. I'd say eat up though. It's healthy, and keeps you full at the same time. Yes, you'll have to pee alot from all the water, but at least you're eating something healthy, and you enjoy it!

Watermelon doesn't have a lot of calories so I wouldn't worry about it. As for eating watermelon at night I think the bigger problem would be getting to sleep but it isn't overly sweetened so it might not even be a problem there.

No it's not, don't eat it at night to much, it will be a bit more fattening, it's completely normal "to make you go to the bathroom"

-One cup of watermelon is about 46 calories (keep in mind that it might sound alot if you eat about 10 cups a week, witch is 460 calories but it is different than if you eat 460 calories of an ice cream sundae.)

they call it watermelon for a reason. it has so much water in it, the other main ingredient is sugar. but nothing is bad for you if eaten in proportion. if you eat watermelon all of the time, you may be eating to much, i would only eat one a week.

oh and also, if you eat in night, you will gain more weight, because you are not moving around so the food just sits in your stomach.

No no no no no its so good for you. Its one of those things you can eat all you want. Eatting an entire watermelon really would gain 2 pounds. Enjoy. Also pickels are one that you can eat a whole jar. :)

NO! its good for ur health & especially for your skin & face. If u eat watermelon inthis season their would be a less chance of having pimples.

if you eat watermelon then you dont have 2 drink water alot, b.coz it has a cold reaction in ur body.

Watermelon contains absolutely no fat. It contains sugar (carbohydrates), but contains vitamins as well. On the whole, watermelon is very healthy.
