try to find a way to go to a doctor, it can be something biological, like hormonal imbalance, or you have way too low or too high dopamine, etc. you never would know until you try. if you truly want to feel better, you'd find a way to know. :) this might sound old-fashioned or whatever, but try to pour your negative energies or whatever you call it into writing, or drawing, or any form of art. loneliness is quite a good artist's inspiration too! plus it would be nice to discover some hidden talent, wouldn't it? we can always turn something bad into something good, it's a matter of choice really. it's ALWAYS a matter of choice. and that's why The Big Guy up there gave us the freedom of choice..well, one way or another, at least once in every person's life there would always be a time when we'd seek for Him, especially when we feel trap and have nowhere else to go. it's nothing to be embarrassed about, and finding Him, and accepting and experiencing HIS LOVE would be something we'd realize one day that it's all we actually need. it would feel like you a have all the hugs the world could ever give, and that of course you're a winner, and everything else you wish you were. but of course, you'd have to CHOOSE it. that's the first step to make: a choice. God bless! :)

Words are just an abstract means by which thoughts can be communicated. God is not limited by them. He can communicate directly to the heart and mind without the use of words if He so chooses. And He can also understand a non-verbal prayer if you offer one. If you present to God a prayer in the form of visual images or symbols that carry meaning to you, God can surely understand it.

God reads your heart, not your words. Prayer is simply communicating with Him, and no one since Jesus has ever done it perfectly. So just do the best you can, as often as you can, and know that that's plenty good enough. What you lack, Jesus will make up. Of course, you could always ask Him to help you with your prayer skills.
God bless you!
P.S. If you can find a copy of "With Christ in the School of Prayer," by Andrew Murray, I think you'll find it very helpful. Peace!

What would you want to say to a person? I imagine God is a person standing in front of me.
If you have a question, ask it.
If you have a comment, state it.
If you are thankful, say "Thank you."
God did not ask that our prayers be long and eloquent. He just wants to hear what we are thinking.
He is like your best buddy in the world, and is reading and waiting to hear anything you have to say, and He does not "hold it against you if you get a little out of line". He does expect you to realize if you did go too far, and apologize when necessary, though.
God has the ability to know exactly what we are thinking. But, He expects us to find a way to tell Him. That exercise of learning to be open and honest is of great benefit to us, so God makes us practice by not "reading our minds" and acting on our silence.

You don't have to pray a fancy prayer. Instead try first just calling on the name of the Lord, ask Him to wash you with His precious blood. You will sense a flow from God and He will lead you into prayer, He will put certain people on your heart to pray for .

Honestly, the very best prayer I have ever heard, the one that applies to any situation, describes our relationship to God and each other and asks for what we really need,
goes like this:
Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name
Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil
For thine is the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Glory
Forever and ever
Amen
Its served well since He first uttered it some 2,000 years ago, it's never needed revision or recantation, I think it'll go another 2,000.

Praying is like having a one on one conversation with the Lord, it is a relationship. Speak from your heart, say what you are thinking and feeling, talk to God in Jesus name.
Peace

Keep praying. No matter how many words are said, it is the fact of you saying or thinking them. God knows what your thoughts and intentions are.
I had learned this before and it also helps me:
The Five Finger Prayer:
Thumb= pray for the people that are closest to you. (loved ones, family, friends, pets...)
Pointer= pray for people who point you in the right direction (teacher, supervisor, neighbor, nurse...)
Tall/highest finger= pray for those that are in high postions (president, judges....)
Ring finger (This finger is the weakest of all the fingers) = pray for the weak, sick, ill, homeless, less fortunate....
Pinky= smalles finger= give praise to the Lord and pray for yourself, and your continued growth.

Pray the Word, it is POWERFUL! I mean learn a few favorite scriptures of God's promises to you and quote them to God using the name of Jesus and your life will never be the same. Such as "Our Father, who art in heaven...." Etc. Ask God to search your heart, I pray like this too and pray for others ! God Bless!!
