Don't believe in christian anti-gods.
The devil in past centuries was used by the church to Poo Poo from a great height on the Gods of older religions. Including the old Earth and Forrest gods and guardians.
they depicted the images the old horned gods as the devil. When many of these gods have folklore that predates the arrival of christanity in that part of the world.
Enough back to the question

On grounds of insanity, I think yes you can use it in court.
It can also be a "god made me do it, he told me to do it" plea.
But firstly, you've got to have a shrink to certify you're "seeing things" and "hearing voices" that ask you to do it before you can get any kind of this leverage in court.
Well, it goes to say the court always find anyone who is able to talk to or hear from either on of them (god/satan) mad, and should be sent for medical treatment instead of to jail.

No. I'd rather claim responsibility for my actions, rather than blame them on some mythical guy in a red suit with a big fork.

Nope, the devil doesn't interfere with freedom of choice, that is Yahweh's department!

Its a lame excuse.
I am solely responsible for the bad I do in my life.
There are no gray areas, either you're good or you're bad.
It's up to you to decide what impact you have in this world and isn't hard to decide.
