Dont expect to loose alot of pounds right away. Droping alot of weight a day isn't good for you anyway. Eat right and walk 30 min to an hour every day and you will see a big difference in a week to a month. It depends on the type of person.

Yes, but it doesn't immediately like say in one day. Exercise is excercise which if done quite often, would give you great results and you'd be in good shape. Also, eating a little healthy. Spoil yourself occasionally but still have plenty of fruits and vegetables (I prefer just a salad but I love to snack on celery) =]

it can help, but wont be enough to lose sustantiable amount of weight inches and to get you tones. You need to do more cardiovascular exercises, try jogging. To tone up you need to do strength training such as a little bit of weight lifting, lunges, push ups and the likes

walking is the best form of weight loss/body tone.
get off the PC chair and get moving!!

it does help you to drop weight but very slowly running would be better because you dont sweat as much when your walking

walking at a brisk pace for 30 mins. a day can have great health benefits. talk to your dr. about what would be best for you.

yes...any physical exercise which includes walking...will help you in those areas...and watching your caloric intake
