Yes. God is the All Knowing. He even know the total of all ants in this world.
But the important question is "what you should do?"
You should pray and ask that God show you the light of truth and the actual meaning of life. Do this even if you think you are an atheist. Something beautiful can happen if you pray sincerely.
The problem with many people, when they encounter problems that they cannot solve, they refuse to pray. If you have a problem that you cannot solve, even if you have taken many efforts, then why not give Sincere Prayer a try.

No, because there is no heart and head. Human beings are intellectual, emotional creatures. The heart as used in the Bible means the center of person...that place where we think, feel and make decisions (intellect, emotion and volition or will if you will--no pun intended). If your declarative statment of warfare within is accurate, the war involves the center of you seeking guidance and receiving it from at least two different sources. If that is so, yes, God knows that.

That is exactly how God created us. We have an intellect and we have emotions. When they not in sync, we have a war.
Answer: Patience is needed more than guidance.

The greatest battle being fought is within our mind against evil and good. The more we stay in God's Word the easier it becomes to overcome the evil in our minds.

There is no thought you have ever had, or will ever have, that God doesn't know about before you even formulate it.
I pray that He give you grace, guidance and peace, in Jesus' name.

God is a product of your own imagination. Of course he know what's going on in your head. That is where he resides.

If they are, I'm sure He knows, dear brother. Talk with Him about it and be open and as transparent as you possibly can. He is right beside you and will let you know!
