I got 2 cats 3months apart there still kitties but sometime they play rough, i see scratches almost near the eye area but seems she didn't got hit in the eye so thats good. and sometime they bite each other ear but they get along just great but i'm worried about how they play rough with each other i tried trimming there nails but yet it still happens should i trim there back nails too? there still ok but with small minor scratches i'm worried they will get each others eyes out :( what should i do to prevent them playing rough.

Rough play between kittens is quite normal. It's their way of learning to hunt and defend themselves. As they get older, the play will get less rough. If you feel they are getting too boisterous, try saying loudly and sharply "NO" They will soon learn to stop when you tell them.

cats playing is a natural instinct from when they were 'wild' it's how tiger cubs learn to hunt and that sort of thing, no way to really stop them without confusing them to no end. They do, however, use their back claws, mine use those more than the front ones. They hold on with the front and then kick like mad with their back ones, so cutting those will help a lot
