My cat came in with a missing white flea collar yesterday. Today the neighbors brand new puppy came into our home wearing a white flea collar.

Try keeping him inside , flea collars don't work anyway if you want protection buy Advantage is very good, let your neighbor keep it his dog will have fleas and don't let him near your cat.

It could be a coincidence, since white flea collars are very common. It could be what you suspect, but there is no way to prove it.

IF it does happen to be your pets' collar~that is a low thing to do. However, I doubt you'll be able to prove it so----------chalk it up to the fact that they needed that collar more than your pet & simply buy a new one for your cat. Great example of:
"turn the other cheek!" OR "Random act of kindness."
