I don't have a title yet.
It gave us unexplainable knowledge,
The tinnniest of fruit that bore all burden,
But no more,
Now we must hold it, carry it,
With patience and care,
Ignorance is bliss,
And so blissful we are not,
The mightiest of creatures,
Yet we have decieved ourselves,
Thoughts fill our heads, questions,
The knowledge that was gainned is lost with time,
And time is lost with fear,
Fear that we're wrong,
Fear that we're right,
Fear that it's over,
Fear that it's just begun.

Nice free form, a few misspelled words. I think a title is needed to focus the purpose of this poem.

i get lost with the transition from "with patience and care" and "ignorance is bliss"
I still haven't figured what "it" is so I can't figure how ignorance comes in. maybe one more line at the top to hint at what "it ' might be if u don't want to say exactly.

i can't quite understand how religion figures into this. it seems to be about the apple of sin, or the cherry of virtue. yet the meaning is no longer pertinent to mankind. maybe it is an editorial of history and it's repetative fable.
