To be more specific than the other posters, the C21, C22 and C29 buses pass in front of the address given by the asker. The trip on the C22 bus lasts about 46 minutes from the Addison Rd. Metro Station to the location described by the asker.

yes. there are a few "c" buses that run out that way leaving addison road station. I'm not sure how often they run.
you can go to www.metroopensdoors.com to see an exact schedule, or find out exactly how long it would take you to get from there to wherever using the "trip planner"
