I am 20, and I am 5'7 about 145lbs, with small Gynecomastia now sometimes my Gynecomastia gets smaller, but I don't know why? then some days they seem to get a little bigger. They are not noticeable in public or embarrassing, they just make me feel fat and uncomfortable. I first thought it was because I was taking Mega Man Vitamins, then I thought I was loosing weight, but I don't know why it seems smaller some days, and larger other days. Please explain

Gynocomastia is caused by hormones so it could be that your puberty isn't totally complete yet causing the fluctuations in size. This issue usually goes away on its own once puberty has passed since it is due to your hormones. Exercise will not improve this condition and a doctor will not treat it until you are a full-fledged adult (21) because it usually does resolve without intervention.

If you still have a problem after your 21st birthday, please see your doctor. He can advise you on whether or not steps to fix your problem are advisable or recommended.
