Have you tried your local Unitarian church? Seriously. They're gay-friendly, agnostic-friendly and Buddhist-friendly too. They may be able to at least provide you with a location for the ceremony, if not supply the clergy. If you can't find a Buddhist clergy member who's willing to do it, perhaps consider taking a look at the Unitarians.

Not sure, but if you are buddhist, you know if there is a temple near you.
It wouldn't hurt to ask.

Not in Florida, it's illegal. But Massachusetts and I think Illinois are both states that you can go to. I wish you both a long, happy life together, wherever you go :) Congrats!
