As Moses didn't come within 200 years of Israel and the Old Testament and Monotheism was started to justify the slaughter of the local tribes in Palestine by the Hillside tribes and this slaughter has continued for over 2500yrs and in my life the murder of children has been called 'unfortunate' but necesary to the defense of Israel. And out of this OT nonsense come the Christians, later the Muslims. While we Atheists, the majority, have to stand by and watch them squander our taxes. Shouldn't we all be able to say, without fear, god may have any form or none, but i will not pay for the viral infected lunatic fringe of jew, christians and muslim god jesus jehovah alla believing criminals when we offer nothing to the ethical?

My idea to for the UN to declare the entire area of biblical geography as a world Park for all of us to come and see. No one else has the right to claim any part of the holy sites as their own.

Last I heard, atheists only make up about 14% of America and that might be high, so you're not the majority. I really wish I didn't have to pay for your creation myth in public school science classes. I have yet to find a single nation that is altogether very good, so I don't know where you get off singling out Israel for being evil. The United States isn't any better and neither are the Muslim nations, communist nations (which incidentally were founded on atheism), and other nations. Israel has the right to exist as a nation and to protect itself. Also, as the only democracy within a sea of dictatorships, the United States has a vested interest to help Israel survive. And there's no such thing as ethics, for sure, if there is no god. Without God, there's no authority to base right from wrong on.

Why not? Every OTHER ethically bankrupt nation in the world continues to assert themselves!

And last time I checked, Atheists were a VERY small proportion of the population. Aren't lies a sign of ethical bankruptcy?

If you live in the USA, you actually have no Law written into your Constitution, that states you have to pay taxes.Have a good read through it.

Why are you worrying about 'ethical', when it form so much part of a race's spiritual beliefs.

all previous excuses and greif aside it takes a two way form of understanding to attain a lasting peace; religion will never allow for this kind of peace it only offers insincere lip service .
