the red/pink part of his penis came out and was stuck out, my mom had to help get the skin back over it, can someone tell me why this happened? is hunching normal at age 3.5 months??

Yes it's normal & not at all sexual in a dog that age. Females do it too. They are establishing domination or at times just playing. Next time leave his little dinky alone. It'll pop back in on its own.

This is normal for male chihuahua's and can even be the case without them mounting something. Some of them can never keep their penis in the skin because the skin is to small. This is not abnormal for a puppy this is a learning behavior but can also stem from your puppy being bored and restless so this is a way to expend energy. Play with your dog lots and lots of exercise can help stop with this problem.

Typical of the small breeds, male and female. All of the dogs at the rescue are fixed and some still continue to "hump" their stuffed toys. Best to ignore it. Not really a bad behaviour, just a natural thing some tend to do. Also may be a "comfort" activity--like a kid sucking its thumb.

Well I guess so My father in law has a chihuahua and she sees a leg and start humping it and she is scared of other small dogs

some dogs do that and its normal, it will go back in on its on though! I wouldn't touch it to put it back!! I guess boy dogs though cause my girls never done that!!
