Be aware that this sounds like a temporary problem.

It sounds as if your stress level has soared above what you are accostomed to handling.
you feel overwhelmed and
are operating on "overload"
Tears and mood swings are a very natural "safety valve" and stress reliever. These symptoms are commonly seen together with the saddness and tears.

What you are feeling is common to students.
Sit down with a friend or adult to brainstorm ways of mimizing your obligations and managing your workload. See to it that you get your food eaten each day, get adequate sleep. Infact, if you are feeling overwhelmed either take a walk or take a nap. Both are good stress relievers.
Another wise thing to do is to take atleast 1/2 hr. per day just for yourself.

Try to not be too worried about your current condition. If you are still in the same emotional situation 2 weeks from now, I would suggest seeing either your Dr. or a Counselor.

You just sound over-stressed from schoolwork. It happens to everyone. Just take some time every day to put away all your work, and do something totally relaxing, like listen to soothing music or going for a long walk. Things will get better.

You maybe really stressed that is causing you to be depressed, or you are depressed that is causing you to feel stressed by your school work. the crying and sad are definately signs of depression. See a doctor. This can be life threatening.

try finding someone like a minister to talk things out. Its not a bad idea to talk to your family dr. It may be embarrassing to admit but everybody needs a little help sometimes. Sounds like your either depressed to may have a disorder call bi-polar.
