Indian food. Especially Palak Paneer (spinach and spices with cottage cheese cubes) over basmati rice.
Or Benghan Bartha (pureed eggplant and tomatoes in a spiced sauce) over basmati rice.
Naan bread...papadams...etc. etc.
Mango lassis, mango juice, chai tea...
My mouth is watering. Too bad the Indian restaurants are closed at this time. =o((
