I used to work night shifts and yes. . .your skin probably starts to look bad because you're lacking that vibrant awake feeling. The skin around the eyes tends to darken and wrinkles and bags don't help either. This is mostly because you are not getting a full - uninterrupted six to eight hours of sleep. Chances are you're not feeling rested.
When I was working nights. . .I was up at least 3 times a day. And waking up after only a couple hours and trying to function then going back to nap and getting up again was so so so hard on my body. I only last two years on midnights and once I switch to a different shift it was like new light had been shed in my life. Nights is the hardest shift to work. . .period.

Alright everyone is different by skin type and genetics. All skin ages differently. The best policy is to get as much sleep as possible, take multiple vitamins, eat 3 meals a day, drink 8 glasses of water or fluids a day and stay out of the sun as much as possible due to aging aspect related to sun. I'm 45 and look like I'm in my 30's I don't do the sun at all due to cancer in my family and I'm big on vitamins and nutrients. I have worked nights for years which is hard on ones health. Get a much sleep when you can as soon as you can in the mornings when you get off. Try not to rely on sleeping medication to help with sleep. The under eye creams for tightneing and General facial cream for firming is good, but your still your for this just good general health should improve. If you smoke I'd lose the cigerette they do cause more severe aging then in someone who does not smoke and your health is much better if you did not smoke.

Try using the Mary Kay Timewise collection. They have a lot of products, and a consultant can help you chose the ones that are right for you. Also, drink lots of water, it's so good for the skin.
