They are equivalent. Rude and insensitive people would use those phrases.

Any label is bad; whether it is "******", "wop", "kike", stupid or whatever. Why do we have to label people or accept it when so labeled? We don't have to label because everyone is human and all of us start out pretty nearly the same as a courageous infant. When we apply a label to someone it is because they are either humorously or unacceptably different. Can you imagine how monotonous and boring life would be if everyone were the same? Enjoy diversity and enjoy being different. Don't label or accept a label unless it is for the others or your edification.

Hope this helps you, good luck, good health, peace and love!

They are the same. Neither is a compliment and could have true medical or mental basis. Listen to what the people say if you feel this applies to you.
