You must be fancy in THE JEBUS and the invisible Sky Daddy's magiks!!
Remember, "god" is nothing more than a nonsense word created by man to explain away all of the things we can't yet understand.
Religion is a disease of the mind, born of fear, which has done nothing but bring untold misery down upon the human race.

This is not a great analogy. First, a robot starts out as being controlled and programmed by his creator. If this robot has learning capabilities, and his creator has any self worth at all, the creator will teach the robot that he is in command and that he is the creator. You speak on human terms about physical things - the creator is there in his face. Depending on the robots capabilities, the robot could find his creators fingerprints on many of his inner workings as well as design signatures exclusive to that designer/creator.
The idea that there is no evidence of a Creator of the universe is just as easily turned around - there is no evidence that proves the Theory of evolution to be fact at any level. It is just one theory after another, supported by hypothesis and circular reasoning. So, unless there is anyone at all who can prove evolution is a fact with line by line linking evidence, then even your robot has no clue it is real either.

The robot was told not to make contact, or download a program. But the robot did anyway. The robot began making other robots with the same program installed. So you picked your favorite robots, and dumped the rest. You then reprogrammed and remade you robots without the program and without the ability to download the program.
The robots that didn't want any part of the remaking were transferred to the Reject Department.

Tee robot's little robot friends. OF course, this over after 1000 generations of robots. With the original memory long gone, and any evidence reintroduced to one or a group of the robots is seen as untrue.

The creator of the robot, however if you're trying to make that fit in with Creation of mankind, it's not the same, we have evidence of a Creator all around us, its just that when people look at it, they see it as a big mistake.
I asked an evolutionist if a piece of wood needed to evolve into a table inorder to survive and it had enough time according to evolution would it evolve?
Basically he said, yes.
Sounds silly doesn't it.

The Creator, you. Why did you create a robot in such a illogical manner?

It would be your fault because you didn't program it to. Technically, it would really depend on how advanced it's neural network is, because if you gave it human-like reasoning and memory, it maybe able to logically deduce you as it's creator because you were the first lifeform it encountered. Again though, this would depend on how advanced you decided to make it.

I would say the robot is as good as dead, until the creator were to give it "life". So, how would it know it was dead may be a better question?

A robot does not feel love like humans can and do, so it would be your fault.
