Depending upon the time of day a bowl of cereal, cheese melted on toast, a tin of baked beans, or a 3 course meal.

If I'm in a hurry, I just make a cold sandwich. Tomato and mozzarella is my favorite.
I also like grilled cheese sandwiches- they are easy and quick to make, and I always have the ingredients on hand. Add a tomato salad or tomato soup, and you have a meal.
If I have a bit more time, I make an omelet and just add whatever leftovers I have- ham, vegetables, turkey, peppers, or just sprinkle some cheese.
Cereal is the fastest, but I don't like cereal at all.
If I just need a small snack, I either grab whatever fruit I have on hand, or have ice cream.

Check out the freezer. Normally there are lots of goodies there, Frozen lasagna? No, too big for only one person. Hmm frozen meat. fish? Too much work, too many leftovers
Pizza- maybe. Pizza pockets, calzonne, junk food such as chips , ice cream?

Ok, good angel on shoulders say "too salty, too unhealthy".

Fine, so ignore the chips, and the microwaveable popcorn and ruefully pick up the bread and butter, make yourself a sandwich, or toast some bread, set it aside and open up a can of good soup.

That will do.

how about a bowl of cereal, or a slice of toast with peanut butter and a glass of milk. You can have a bananna with some peanut butter, or an apple dipped in peanut butter.

Do you have any left overs from dinner, have some of those.
you can have some grahm crackers with milk too.

Depends on what you have in your fridge. I would get some cereal, or a sandwich, or a frozen dinner. Don't eat anything too sugary, like candy, or you might keep snacking.

I like the apples w/ peanut butter....that is soooooo good! But if you like celery, try peanut butter on that too. Also some good tuna salad on Keeblers original Club crackers....oh my! I make mine w/ a little mustard, mayo and sweet pickle cubes but you can add onions, grapes and delete whatever, add whatever.

I just scramble up some eggs with onions and peppers, then melt some cheese on top. Quick and yummy!
