Every day we are confronted with challenges: at work, at home, in our families, in our social lives... How do you keep things in perspective and stay strong in this situation? Personally, I pray more.

You got it. Keep Him in the center. If you try to do it yourself, it means He died meaninglessly Gal 2:21

I say that......but I pray as well. God does not create absurd practices. Jesus prayed and taught daily!

I just keep going, no need to pray. You just face your challenges head-on and deal with them.
I keep things in perspective with a level head and stay strong through will power.

My faith in Jesus. C.S. Lewis described faith very well in his book Mere Christianity. Basically if we surround ourself with those who believe and practice our beliefs, then we will have stronger faith. We all have obstacles in our lives, but we can't let those obstacles interfere with our beliefs and faith. However, they can. This is why we need to keep praying and reading the Bible and such. To be a good Christian you cannot stop learning about Jesus. You must keep getting wiser. Think of faith as a solid foundation to a house. You want that foundation strong to provide support for your house. Likewise with faith, you want to keep it strong so your love for Jesus grows. If you can do this, then no obstacle can stop you.

And exactly what do you say in your prayers?

Do you say: "God help me be strong?"

or "God make my life easy?"

or "God solve this problem for me?"

If you believe in the power of prayer, why do you think you have challenges?. Praying should solve them all. So, sit back and relax. I guess you are not very convinced on that "power of prayer" bit, are you? I don't blame you. Neither am I.

I pray and I remember our purpose in this life and I try to remember to always be thankful.

I remember when I broke my leg after I converted and it was in a cast and I would fall because of the ice outside...I would just always be sure to say Alhamdulillah! Alhamdulillah! It helped so much. :D

Thank God for everything...I was so happy that He gave us the ability to even feel pain etc....

I just remind myself of what happens to those that harm anyone, in any way, who believes in God the Just and avenging Father! I've seen it countless times concerning myself, and concerning others that I personally know who don't hate anyone in their hearts. Jesus was NOT kidding when He talked about those that persecute others, and think they go unnoticed...or unavenged. Anyone who thinks otherwise has a sad surprise coming...

I keep my feet firmly planted on the ground, I keep my head up and my eyes wide open, and I keep my thoughts and outlook positive. I pray and meditate and this keeps me spiritually balanced.Blessings!

Remember Allah.........24/7

Remember Allah.........24/7

See the "Light of Allah" in the face of adversity!
See the "Light of Allah" in the face of adversity!
See the "Light of Allah" in the face of adversity

And the face of adversity will dissolve before your eyes!

"Saboor, Shukoor, Tawakkal, Alhamdulillah"
This is the path to follow!
And adversity will avoid you!
