Bah! the answer i was looking for is that if adam and eve would not have sinned no one would die so there wouldn't be room for all humanity over the billions of years to fit on this planet so we would have to migrate to others....

but wait a minute that can't be right because being able to give birth was a sort of a curse

genesis 3:16 "unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and they conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee."

This will sound a little intense, but there are set scientific reasons why the universe is so big, and why it contains the stars and galaxies it does. No universe can provide several billion years of existence unless it is several billion light years across. If the size of the universe were reduced from only about 1000 stars, that smaller but still galaxy-sized universe might seem roomy enough, but it would run through its entire cycle of expansion and recontraction in about one year. And if the matter of the universe were not as homogeneous as it is, then large portions of it would have been so dense that they would already have undergone gravitational collapse. Other portions would have been so thin that they could not have given birth to galaxies and stars. On the other hand, if it were entirely homogeneous, then the chunks of matter that make development possible could not have assembled.

In short I believe there are other galaxies and planets because if there weren't our universe would have retracted and collapsed by now. I also believe it portrays the shear power of God. Most people would look at this creation and say to themselves...wow! whoever made this has got to be pretty powerful. Instead many people limit God's power to mere chance. It astonishes me because if I showed you a working watch and told you I watched it come to out of nothing...you would probably look at me like I'm crazy. On the other hand people can look at this intricate universe which is infinitely more complex than a watch and say...oh it just happened!

I think their could potentially be life in other planets. I mean If we found some that would prove God had a plan elsewhere as well. People commonly think the presence of life means the absence of God when all along God is the only practical source of life! If their is other life I just hope they didn't mess up like we did!

God exists no matter what planet your on (cause He is present everywhere at the same time).

I often wander, if we will happen upon a planet with intelligent life.

I wonder if the Adam fell in the garden of eden or did he ignore the serpant.

If so...

This would mean, that it would be a planet with no sin.

I would love to see something like that... but again that's just dreaming and hyperthetical... but it's fun Anyway...!!! : 0)

I think the galaxies are there for our enjoyment (kinda like watching the sun rise or a sunset... we humans oohhh and ahhh at that and we make comments about how beautiful the weather is and we rent condos on the beach to watch the rolling waves and the beautiful sandy beaches. So I think that is atleast one reason for the stars and the planets... God knows the rest...

Anyway.... I got way off track...

I have no real answers, but I do know that the bible says that for now, we only know in part. Meaning (for this case) we know other galaxies exist and we study them, but when (that which is perfect) comes, then we will know in full....

Reference... I Corinthians 13:9 - 13

Stay grounded in the Word and remembter It's Good to explore life and the reasons for life...but remember life happens one day at a time and one person at a time... But God will help you get through them all... just keep the faith and keep believing... and keep imagining... it's good for the soul (your mind, will, intellect and emotions)...

I hope I answered your question... it can sometimes be hard to give absolute answers to the unknowns and the eternals...

p.s. check the source (God) for answers to the questions in your heart, in your prayer time...

Here are some of the questions, you may ask yourself at night, when it's dark and you're all alone...

Who am I? (deals with identity)
Where do I come from? (deals with origin)
What can I really do? (deals with purpose)

and others...

Ask Jesus... and He'll provide the answers.... God Bless...

God said He created man, but He didn't say He ONLY created man.

God may have created the other galaxies and planets just so Earth would have a beautiful sky. God might have done it to help us see how the universe was created. God might have created them so that he could have other types of life.

The more Astronomers discover about how the universe started, the more questions start coming out. Maybe one day there will be evidence of the Divine.

First, God made everything because He wished it. Purpose? who knows.
Believe in life on other planets? You mean like believe in God or believe in evolution? No, I do not "believe" there is extraterrestrial life. I have no reason for such a belief. I do not "know" either. So far, logically and scientifically all we can say is " I dunno". When we find ET life we can then say "Yes it is scientific fact." Until then we cannot claim knowledge one way or another. Unless we examine every square inch of this universe in every possible means of examination, we will never be able to say categorically "No". Honestly, there are more pressing issues for humanity than flights of fancy into the realm of fantasy and fiction of ET's.

I believe there is other life forms besides our own on some other planet somewhere out in the galaxies. They know there is a God, they are not like us. We are made in the image of God they are different but creatures of God all the same.

I also believe in angels, trillions and trillions of them, they are everywhere. Massively on our planet and as vast as for every star there is a angel whose face looks always upon God.

Yes, God has created other planets with life. He just hasn't told us much about them. My Church has additional scriptures which mention this. Moses 1:35 But only an account of this earth, and the inhabitants thereof, give I unto you. For behold, there are many worlds that have passed away by the word of my power. And there are many that now stand, and innumerable are they unto man; but all things are numbered unto me, for they are mine and I know them. Moses 7:30 And were it possible that man could number the particles of the earth, yea, millions of earths like this, it would not be a beginning to the number of thy creations; and thy curtains are stretched out still; and yet thou art there, and thy bosom is there; and also thou art just; thou art merciful and kind forever;

Psalm 97:6
The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.

i don't presume to be able to speak to God's reasoning for all His creation...as to life on other planets, who knows? time will tell...i keep hearing from atheists that God must not exist because "there's no scientific proof that He does"...so i guess they must not believe in extraterrestrial life, since no one has come up with any evidence of that, either?

why? simple, I believe He's the Creator. things don't have to be more complex, I just ...do.

life? dunno. don't no, don't care. possible, perhaps, waste of my time thinking about it.

maybe God created it for us just to go "whoa" and wonder at, maybe He made it so He could watch us go "whoa" and wonder at it. dunno. God made it for His pleasure, that's good enough for me.

first off, most'd call me religious, though that is not how I define myself. secondly, no, it wouldn't mean there's no God, as He never said there was no life, and He never said there was. so it really doesn't matter. I might find out all what God created one day, but for right now, I don't concern myself.

Church folks don't know what the hell those other planets, stars and galaxies are out there for.
The whole damn situation just really makes no sense to them.
