Who had the crusades and the inquisition, and continues to oppress millions of the world's poorest people, condemn gays, and bomb abortion clinics? Darth Jesus.

Who thinks for themselves and fights against the ignorant majority? Luke Atheist-walker.

In Star Wars, Luke had faith to use the force, when he closed that little viewer and then blew up the Death Star. In the next two sequels, he had to resist turning to the dark side, even when he was tempted by Darth Vader (after finding out Vader was his father!) and then the Emperor. That's just like Christians have faith, and have to resist the temptations of the Devil.

I think the christians are more like the evil empire. I mean look at it this way:
Darth Vadar:
Join my side or you die
god:
Love me and obey me or you die
Storm Troopers:
All wear the same uniform (the ugly white things)
christians:
Uses the bible to hide behind (much like the helmets of the storm troopers uniforms)

1. The evil mind-numbed Xians.
Steven Weinberg: With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.
2. Logical open-minded atheists.
Robert M. Pirsig: When one person suffers from a delusion, it is called insanity. When many people suffer from a delusion it is called Religion.

The Jedis are wiccans. They believe in the force (majick) and respect it's power, they learn how to harness that power for the individual and greater good, and they don't try to convert other Jedis but welcome all who embrace the gift.

Well duh, atheists would be the dark side. And of course the Jedi would be the Christians. Too bad the Christians you know must be jerks, or you'd have no doubt. Every religion has its meatheads.
