You also have to be 18 to buy or sell on ebay because of the contracts law. also there are a few states where you have 19-21 to enter into contracts. Nebraska is one of them its 19.

1. - The only way to sell on EBay without a seller account is to find a local EBay store and allow them to sell the item(s) for you. They get a cut of course.

2. - Yes you need to provide EBay with a valid credit (not debit, or gift) card in order to set up a seller's account.

3. - Any bank will allow you to open a checking account. You must be 18 years old and have two forms of I.D. as well as proof of current address. If you are not a citizen you must also provide your green gard ar visa. These will not count as forms of I.D.

4. - NO, and no.

5. - You must be 18 to get a credit card and/or checking account. I don't know how you saw anyone's age on ebay unless they put it in their profile. I suppose you can have an adult set up the account for you as long as they are willing to use their name and credit card info to obtain a user account. Then I'm sure EBay won't care who generates the activity on the account.

6. - There is no age in which you can own real estate. Anyone at any age can be on the title of a property, but no-one under the age of 18 can obtain a mortgage loan, nor can a minor be the sole owner of a property. They must share ownership with an adult.

Hi I have answers to your questions

1. you can sell things on e-bay with out a sellers account, you will have to have an address where the buyer can send a check. That's why it is so much easier to have a paypal account
2. you don't have a sellers account or credit card to sell things on e-bay, but I take that back I think you do need a credit card that is one of the questions they ask you. If you open a pay pal account it's easier and you don't have to worry about bounced checks and you can use it like a checking account because you can ask for a paypal visa debit card
3.you can go to your local Bank like World Savings, Washington Mutual, Bank of America ect and open a checking account. They normally ask for two forms of I.D. It is
4. I don't think you need to have a credit card to sell on e-bay I would recommend signing up for a paypal account though
Visa gift card is the same as a regular gift card only you can use it anywhere
5. I think you have to be at least 18 to get a checking account and I thought there was the same resriction for e-bay, but i don't think e-bay has that rescriction a credit card I think 18, but now a days kids in High School are getting credit cards
6. I think a child can buy a house if they are paying cash for it, but if they are trying to qualifying to buy the home it would be difficult, because speaking from experience most lenders look at Assests, Job Stability and ability to repay. As a child you don't have anyof those things so more than likely a child could not qualify for a home loan.

Are you sure you aren't the "son"????

Sorry, any "adult" would know that a 12 year old can't buy a house or open up a checking account.

Is your "child" a superstar or something with tons of cash to buy a house? Why aren't you buying the house?

You "parents" can open up a checking account for you under their name with you on it... they can get you a VISA as well.

How did you see a "12" year old on ebay? I don' t think ebay publishes ages of buyers/sellers.

Checking account -- you go to the bank and open up an account. You will need photo ID. Not sure of the minimum age requirements. Might need a parent to co-sign.

You have to be 18 to sign contracts. Can't buy a house without signing contracts. Likewise, credit cards have contracts,

# 6 You thinking about ruining his credit record because you have shot yours?

What a cruelty. your minor child can not get a loan for a home and with the other questions it is clear the creddit record is shot.
