how do you know if your boyfriend is just going out with you because of the way you look, or if he likes you for more than that??
cause it kinda seems like my boyfriend is only going out with me because he thinks im hot.

Does he listen when you share your thoughts and ideas or is he interested in things more physical?

There is no foolproof method of telling except through trial and error.You can take the direct approach and ask. Chances are that you will get a correct answer but not a true answer.Being a hot girl is a gift not a curse.Guys will be attracted to you for that fact which you should enjoy since it is part of who you are.Don't be vain or arrogant as a result.If a guy wants you at first because you are hot, quickly let him know that you also have a brain.Leave him no doubt that you are a gal with beauty and brains;and he has to deal with that in other to be with you..What's wrong with that.

If he only likes you cause ur hot he'll ignore u at times or show little affection to you. Tell him a problem of yours, anything. See how he reacts. If he shows tha he cares than don't worry. If he's like all "whatever" don't ask me then kick him to the curb. Don't be taken as a fool. Find someone who like you inside out:] There's always someone.

Want a guy's perspective on this???
Well, I'm in the early 30's. During my younger years in high school, i hardly had dates or girlfriends. Most people think that I am not that good looking or too smart for them.
Then when I got to college. I had girls chasing after me because I play for varsity. I kept wondering why. I am pretty lucky that with my college years and now my career life, that I not had a lot of girlfriends. Due to the fact that, most girls turned out to be knockouts and drop dead gorgeous girls, (to my eyes). I am a pretty shy guy and I am able to stand on my on 2 feet and defend myself. I got into a few scraps with guys who said that I stole their girlfriends and said that they want to mess my face up so that no girl would want me. But it never happen because most of them ended up in the hospital because of my martial arts background...haha!!!
I am kinda lucky when I had a girl who is decent and I felt good with because of their personality and not their body they turn out to be a knock out and drop dead gorgeous. But I tend to show them off as my girl, but when my guy friends ask me "have you tap that yet?" I would say to them that, it is a business between my girl and I and whether we did the deed or not is basically our secret not others.
I respect my girlfriend. The current girlfriend I have whom I know and been with for 1 year plus now, seems to be the right one for me and I swear she is drop dead gorgeous. So, remember, if your guy treats you like a piece of meat then, look for a piece of meat that you like for who you are on the inside first then your outter looks.

well it depends on if ur putting out or not. guys usually dont go out with a girl just b/c shes hot... he either likes her personality too or shes givin him physical attention.
