chemicals, whatever they say they'll do, will just make your skin duller. Once a week, use a mild scrub. I don't recommend st. ives because it is too harsh. Every day, use a mild soap like Dove or Cetaphil. Use lotion at night and day and always use sunscreen. Also, whenever you have time, use a lemon-honey mask ( you just make it yourself) for 20-30 minutes and wash it off. It's best if you do it everyday, but if you don't have time, try to do it as much as you can.

Vitamins are the key to healthy glowing skin. take a multi vitamin and an omega vitamin. You will start to see your skin and hair become healthier.
