The very minute I let her outside to go potty, she starts barking and barks non stop until I let her back in. What is this little dog thinking? She barks until it about makes me crazy on and on and on. Makes me feel like paddling her butt with a newspaper. She just will not shut up and when I let her out at 5 am before I go to work, I am sure the neigbors do not appreciate her barking. What to do?

First of all NEVER paddle her butt with or without a newspaper. Dogs don't know why you are beating them.
I suggest you go the the website of the Dog Whisperer,
Caear Millan. He also has books out that are worth reading. His thinking makes sense. Please check this out right away before you get so upset with your chihuanhua that you hurt her. I hope this will help you!!
