Look in the mirror.
You are basically two spirits and a body. These two spirits together with your body make you a living soul.

(1) Your body has a mind and six senses by which you touch the earth.

(2) Inside your body and extending through it is God's spirit which gives you life and breath. (Not the Holy Spirit)

(3) Inside your body and within the center of the antimating spirit is your heart. (also a spirit) The heart is the essence of who you are and there you find your desires, hopes and all your feelings; including your conscience. Your heart has a mind, will and senses which mirror the physical body; but actually can touch and see the spiritual world.
----
When it comes to feelings most people speaking of soul are actually talking about their heart. Once you add song lyrics and psychology and religion all these different definitions get really confusing. You can't understand what I have said; you have to feel it.

Maybe this will add a little insight to it's location, and maybe not.

Where the Soul resides

A soul seems such a fragile thing,
An easy thing to lose.
We never know just how it looks,
If reds or pinks or blues.

It could be any color or
It could be any shape.
It could look like a basketball,
Or maybe just a grape.

You ask me if I know the place,
Where your soul can be found.
It could be in the sky so high,
Or deep within the ground.

Since none have seen this soul we have,
Then none know where it hides.
But I've heard tell it lives within,
And in our heart resides.

If it is as I have been told,
The soul will always be,
So that says it's not fragile,
And I must then agree.

There is no physical place where your soul is held. Simply your soul is who you are as a person. If you are a "cut up angel" then you are trying to escape a problem in your life. Do not try to escape your problems. Friend, you must live and think healthy, to be healthy. Peace comes from within. Try meditation instead of hurting yourself. Be kind and treat yourself with respect. You'll be much happier. Eat a well balanced diet and stay away from people who do negative things around you. Love and happy wishes your way child! :-)

Here's a theory: We are our minds, nothing else. Our bodies are just vessels for our minds, out minds control us, we are our mind's slaves.

However, our bodies need more than minds 'n limbs to work 'n live. So although our minds control 'n have all the power 'n are the most powerful of all things! They'd be nothing with our organs 'n blood...

So to get right to the point, which I think I already passed, our souls 'n sprites hold our vessels together. That's why you can't see or touch them. Our minds don't think they're important. Our minds have the biggest egos... All the work our souls 'n sprites do 'n whatnot 'n they never get recognized for it...

Your souls is wherever you are. It is you. It's what keeps you going. It's what hold you together...

First man Adam was made a living "soul": Gen 2:7...1Cor
Last Adam [was made] a quickening "spirit": 1Cor 15:45.

Natural first: Before... Law
Spiritual after: After...Law or Grace?

But as in Adam (living soul, or quickened spirit) all die,
when law(the ministration of death) is taken as spiritual,
for the law is corruptible and mortal; but grace is neither.

So the word of God divides assunder soul & spirit,
soul as earthy, spirit as heavenly: 1Cor 15...Heb 4.

It's always about law vs grace no matter how allegorized.

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

"U" = "cup"

"SOL" = "sun"

"SOUL" = "sun-cup"

According to the book "The Divine Pymander" by Thoth (Hermes); "Man are truly suns."

"Sols" (suns, stars) are enormous divine bodies who's electromagnetic fields store all the "lives" of all individuals that have and do exist...in just the same way that "hard drives" function.

The ancient egyptian mystery school taught that the presiding entity of each sol (sun) was it's Pharoah (fairy) and I suspect that from this idea has evolved the sentiment that "whenever you see a star disappear you know that a fairy has died".

Your spirit "tunes" to your sol in the same way that a radio receiver tunes to it's radio source.

So next time you Look up at the night-time sky, know that one of those stars (suns)...could be YOUR soul! Amon

That is a difficult question, and I'm not sure that I can answer it. Everyone has a soul, and I think it is somewhere living inside you, though it cannot be seen by humans.

Your soul is your conscious mind. The thoughts in your head, your dreams and aspirations, your true self. Mine is currently singing along to Johnny Cash.

It's that thing inside you that keeps you f**king inspired, just out of your mind devoted to something, it just completes your life in every way, some people have religion, i have music, others have whatever they want, and that's the beauty of it. your soul is wherever the hell you want it to be. and i'd say use it for something.

Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
