if she is a friend, why would you tell her to shut up? Isn't that what friends do...listen to each other and exchange ideas and respect the other person's right to believe whatever he or she wants to believe? If she isn't really your friend and you really want her to leave you alone, a simple, "look, I really don't want to discuss beliefs with you and I find it disrespectful when you say you're going to convert me" should do the trick. If she really is your friend then what's wrong with listening to her point of view as long as she is willing to listen to yours?

How close a friend is she? Is she open-minded enough to
say the truth to her? Tell her that you would like her to respect your point of view enough that "NO" as an answer
is a complete sentence about her preaching.
If she's not that close of a friend, tell her that she is
harassing you and she needs to find somewhere else to
be and someone else to preach to, as you aren't going
to put up with it anymore.

The best thing to do is ignore such things, if you want to keep her as a friend.
The tactics that are most effective against prostelytizing christians are often the same ones that make them feel insulted and/or stupid.

That it's your life and although you appreciate her concern and attempt since you know its only because she cares about you, that Christianity is just not for you and you'd appreciate it if she would kindly lay off the subject. If she doesn't listen, start walking away while she's talking.

Just be honest, and straightforward. Just tell her that you respect her beliefs, but you don't want to hear her saying she's going to "convert" you anymore, and you want her to start respecting your position the same way you respect hers.

No thank you. I appreciate that you fear for my soul but my beliefs in that regard are not the same as yours. If you really are my friend you will accept and respect my decision and not mention it anymore.

I'd avoid being hostile if possible. Why not smile and thank her for her concern and decline to discuss religion?

Say that if she believes that god gave us a free will, she needs to respect that you are not interested in God nor choosing heaven.
