I'm 22 and we eat together every Sunday. Having Italian food together on Sundays has been a tradition my entire life.

Yes we did, every night until the kids started into high school, but even then the weekends we found time for atleast one meal a day. My kids have been out on their own for the last 4,5 and 6 years.... the ones who have children all sit down to dinner together every night. It is just not a traditional thing, it has been proven that families who do eat together regularly are closer and their children do better at home, school and out in the world.

Not anymore. Before I moved out it was about every night, unfortunately without my dad (he worked nights). Holidays and weekends were good candidates for a full family dinner. Now I'm 27 in my own home, but whenever I visit my Mom or Dad, I'll eat dinner with them.
Kinda sucks that we're being forced to work work work. It gives little time to benefit from eating a meal with your family and discussing what's going on in life. Think it's time to slow down some and pay attention to what's at hand so that everyone benefits. That's just my opinion.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMHEG
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I'm a wife, mom and grandmother. My husband and I have dinner(well lunch-because he works weird hours) every day. On his days off we have all our meals together. When my daughter was at home, we had all our meals together as a family.
