This guy I talk to tells me things that, sometimes I wish he wouldn't: But in a way I like it because it means that he shares secrets with me that he won't tell his family or most of his other friends. Does that mean he trusts me completely?

Not nessaraly. He could just be using you as a 'safe' person to unload too. It's a good trick..if feels better if you tell someone your secrets. It has nothing to do with trust.

There's likely a reason he's telling you them, and it's just as possible that they're true, as it is that maybe they're not.
But if he held back until now, they're likely true. Yes, he does.

He may be telling you a lot of untruth.
