would meat be the best source.. if so what kind? what about soymilk or nuts?

what else? ps dont give me any answers that are like oh my gosh i found this really cool protein bar from new zealand and you can find it at a health store in new york called leanz... hahah no practical foods that i can find at harmons please :)

The best type of protein is a high quality lean protein. Eggs, Skinless chicken, turkey, and fish are really good choices, especially if they're rich in omega 3 (salmon, tuna).
Besides meat, beans and legumes have tons of protein as well. Tofu and soybeans are good as well because they are a complete protein.
Yah I dont like protein bars much either
=P
Oh yea and dont forget nuts, especially almonds and walnuts.

Beef, then chicken breasts, you would have to eat too many nuts to make it count, the same with eggs too, theyre only 6 grms. If you really want to be quick about it, go to the store and buy some muscle milk, a protein shake mix, or Ensure Plus
