sounds like a nerve problem. You need to see a Podiatrist as they are specialists with foot problems. That's the only way you're going to find out exactly what you have.

You need to see a doctor, this sounds like a pinched nerve and if it continues you won't get the feeling back due to permanent nerve damage.
