If a boss oe employer refuses you a job as you have dreadlocks or coloured hair or a goth, of have tattoss etc.
You and mates hold them down, tattoo their face so they have goth like features or a tattoo. Shave their head and superglue or stitch into their head things like plantic neon green hair extentions
Ie if they have a problem with your coloured hair or tattooos or alternative looks in general...
Why it it not allowed for you to turn them so they look alternative and then they get saked for not looking right and refused a job and see how they like it.
Similar principle to turning a a white racsit back for a while and sticking him someahere away from friends
Whilst at it.
If bosses sack you or otherwise attack your work place relationship why cant you break up their family or marriage.
Or if they exploit sweat shop labour.
Kidnap them take them to a sweat shop where can speak the language and see how they like it.
And their kids too

And how their daddy likes having kids and other peope mistreated and made to work four 4p an hour etc.

Actually I dont I operate on the fairs fair principle of ethics
Surely its dumb to refuse a qualified, capable and willing person.
Simply as dont like their hairstyle or individual look?
And is it not dumber to keep said people unemployed getting bitter and angry at unfair treatment?
So surely assault is justified so they get to understand what it feels like to be misjudged.
As said same principle in colouring a racists black or Asian
And surely they deserve it if they mess up peoples lives so they can't pay bills.

Why allow people to be part of abusive relgions with a history or terrorisim and mass murder in inquisitions which have abused girls and gays for centuries but not allow soone into skate punk music or nu metal to keep their espressive hair style.

Because everyone has the right to hold their own personal preferencies as long as they don't treat others an abusive way and don't break the laws and also the rules of ethics... if someones refuses to give a green-coloured hair person, or if they ask you to take off your piercings while working in a specific position there is nothing we can do, they are in their own right...after all we are under the rain to get wet... we don't make the rules but if we want to be sucessful we need to follow them and behave in a socially accepted way... Sad maybe but it's how it works .However that doesn't give us the right to resort to violence, not by any manner of means

Assault and battery will always be illegal. Nobody can be forced to hire people based on appearance. As long as you aren't refused the job for a protected classification like race, gender, age, nation origin it is there right to demand at least grooming standards

Perhaps this person didn't give you the job or whatever, not because of the 'alternative look' or whatever but because you are a whack job that thinks its OK to kidnap their kids, or assult them. It may also be because you are the sort of person who could ask a question like this but can't see why it's weird.

It breaks the freedom of speech act, which also represents freedom of doing anything you want to yourself to represent your looks; like dying your hair, and tats, but hey if someone is is acting like an AZZ do what you gotta do, as long as you don't hurt anyone or get caught......

Its not legal because you have the right to have tattoos, pink hair or wear what you want.
