One could say the same thing about different breeds of dog. They all look different from one another, and most people think that different breeds have different personalities as well ("Breed X is a family dog, but don't put Breed Y in the same room as a child!").
Our societies, languages, customs, behaviours, and laws have all evolved (in a sense) just as we have. These five things have aided our abilities to survive and to reproduce/produce fertile offspring.
All species have members which act in deviant ways in comparison to it's other members. And most also have ways of dealing with said deviant behaviour. Look into colony behaviour of ants or bees for only two examples of this.

The kind of evolution that progresses a lot further than insects.
Have you owned more than one dog? I bet they had different personalities. Our brains are orders of magnitude more complex thatn dog's.
I think the more complex our brains are the more we are able to deviate from any engrained behavioral patterns. More and more options open up for us to chose from. Those options include behavior which is accepted by our societal group and those behaviors which are viewed as corrupt.
Some of the traits that make people do bad things are also traits that make people risk takers and to challenge old ways of doing things. Without those traits we'd never move forward but sometimes those traits are destructive instead of constructive.

Genetics shows that no two individuals of any species can be identical, except for twins and clones. For details of the evolution of life on this planet, see:

The same kind that led to all the other members of the ape clade. I suggest you examine chimps, orangutans and gorillas before you conclude that humans are unique in any significant way.

Theistic evolution creates humans :) God created life and he steered its evolution to ensure mankind ended up the way we are.

We are complex creatures, so our behaviors reflect this by becoming more complex themselves.
Here, read this: Evolution, Inheritance, and Personality.

Also...do you really think other species don't kill their own? Many animals kill strangers of the same species that wander into their territory and compete for resources.

Because we evolved with high mental capacity which allowed us to learn more diverse traits than our animal counterparts. However we don't always agree what is the best path so we have divergence in our culture

"I do believe in evolution" but you just know nothing about it.
You refer to it as you would a 'god'.
Just go do some research and open your mind to the possibilities.
This is the answer you were looking for.
We (planet dwellers) fill all the cracks and possibilities of the potential of humanity.
None of us need to conform because our possibilities, desires, potential, etc, are/is not bounded by our programmes but only by ourselves, our minds and our dwelling place.
