I think they are full of ****, its the same as being drunk and so on. People use the substances they are on as an excuse to say things like "i love you" then use their state of mind as an excuse. Its just general fear they have (that or desparation). I say take it with a grain of sand and wait till he has somehting more substatial to say

well if i really was on the drug and i know it, i would say that it was probably true.
