You should look at Petfinder first, lots of Chihuahuas end up in shelters, especially down south and in California.

But never, ever go and buy a puppy from a pet shop, you pay too much for one, and often end up with a sick dog, or a mutt instead of a purebred. Also all of the puppies come from puppy mills, very bad place, or backyard breeders, even worst.

go to akc.org and locate a reputable breeder or go to petfinder.com and adopt a small chihuahua
never buy from petstores or over the internet those dogs come from puppy mills
