btw I get that symbols can be different things for different people, the reason i ask is because the craft fair wasn't all that important.

The dream was just about a craft fair getting "snowed out"

I understand what snow probably means in the dream but i was wondering what the craft fairs purpose in combination with it was.

According to Dreamcrowd:

To dream that you are in a market, represents some emotional of physical need that you are currently lacking in your life. You may be in need of nurturance and some fulfillment. Consider the specific items that you are shopping for. Alternatively, the market signifies frugality. To see an barren market in your dream, signifies depression and gloominess. There is a void in your life.

It can symbolize some need or fulfillment in your life that you are lacking. Consider what specifically is being sold at the market or what it is that you are buying. Beyond this you must consider what context this market had in your dream. How did this dream make you feel. Seven people can dream of a market and depending on the context it can mean seven different things.

Craft Fair or Flea Market can represents trading, buying and selling in general. The snow you mentioned earlier can represent that some kind of economic buying and trading is going to come to a halt, due to being snowed in. I hope that helps.
