I want to start DJ-ing, I dont want to make beats but play other artist songs and mix them.?

What equipment do I need? What programs? please give me as much details as you can, if you are a DJ.

There are gobs of programs out there. If you plan on working with a PC then get PCDJ.... is a great program to mix.. if you wanna work with cds, then I suggest American Audio brand cd player, you can bleed the songs into eachother, change the tempo, etc.......affordable...
Now if you plan on being a moblie dj also know you will need a good PA, preferable with a subwoofer, simple lights for the dance floor, and know how to read and talk to the crowd! Good luck!
