What is the best 5.1 surround sound system that has lots of bass and good for listening to hard rock?

I have been searching for ever and all I currently have is my little laptop speakers that don't give much bass at all.

spare your neighbors your music style and use the most powerful headsets you can afford.. you will get the best result that way.
You will also make your neighbors happy piercing your ear drums too.

If it's bass you want...you want to focus on the subwoofer. If you are using a laptop sure you can go for some nice pc speakers like the logitech and klipsch speakers that were mentioned.....but you are going to have your speakers in one main area and are not going to move them....then get a 5.1 sound card that has a digital optical or coax output then get a receiver with 5 speakers and get yourself a really great sub....SVS, Paradigm, Sunfire.....all great subs to consider for monstrous bass.
